Our EGM on 16 November 2025, 1.45pm, will be held at Covenant EFC (Woodlands) in the Main Sanctuary at Level 2. Scroll down for directions to CEFC.

The purpose of the EGM is to authorise the Board to renew our land lease on behalf of the members of our church. We will also be sharing an update on the building restoration work.

Voting is required (members only) and will take place during the meeting itself. All are welcome to come. Please use the registration link to indicate if you are attending/not attending the meeting.

For all important information relating to the EGM, members should have received an email with subject "Extraordinary General Meeting & Town Hall 特别会友与市政厅大会 Nov 2025" on 2 Nov. If you have not received the email or wish to obtain a hard copy of the meeting documents, please inform us via email at meetings@wefc.org.sg or call the church office during office hours (Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm) at 6303 6130 to arrange for collection at church.

Following the EGM, there will be a Town Hall meeting, where our church leaders would like to engage you in conversation on various issues on your heart. All WEFCers, members and non-members alike may bring up matters for discussion.

Take above buses from Woodlands Bus Interchange. Alight at the 5th stop, right outside CEFC.

Nearest MRT station: Woodlands South (TE3 on Thomson-East Coast line)
From Exit 2, take an 8-min walk along Woodlands Dr 16 to CEFC. You can also take buses 901 / 901M for one stop.

By car
Parking is not available at CEFC. Nearby multi-storey car parks (MSCP) are located at Blk 546A, 586A & Vista Point.

我们将于 2025 年 11 月 16 日下午 1 点 45 分举行特别会员大会，会议地点将在圣约播道会 ~ 兀兰堂（Covenant EFC, Woodlands Centre）的二楼大礼堂举办。

召开特别会友大会的目的是授权教会执委会代表教会会友续签土地租约。我们也将在会上分享建筑修复工程的最新进展。

会议期间将进行投票（仅限会友）。会友们请登记并注明是否出席会议。

紧接着特别会友大会后，我们将召开市政厅会议。教会领袖们希望借此会议就弟兄姐妹所关心的教会议题进行交流。不管您是否会友，我们欢迎所有兀兰播道会的弟兄姐妹提出讨论事项。
