Chloe Low

I am Chloe. I am from a non-Christian family. I first came to know Christ when my roommate in university shared with me. She shared about Christ every night with me. One night she was sharing until 3am and I said the sinner’s prayer just to appease her so I could go to bed. I didn’t know what I was doing. After that, I started going to her cell group and church for 9 months. Again, I went because of the friendship.
One day, I stopped going to church as I didn’t understand the meanings of what I was doing. I was without a church for more than a decade. However, God has never forgotten about me. He has always put people in my life to invite me back to His family.
The turning point came when a colleague invited me to WEFC. It is here that I felt the Holy Spirit prompting me to be serious about God and to settle down. Now, I know the significance of the sinner’s prayer. I am a sinner and fall short of the glory of God but God did not give up in me. He sent his only Son, Jesus, to carry my cross, wash away my sins and die for me so I can be reunited with Him.
Today, I made the decision to be baptised as an open declaration that I belong to God through Jesus. My allegiance belongs solely to Him and I am willing to obey His Commandments.

I thank all my brothers and sisters in the past decade who have brought me back to Christ. I also thank my cell group members who have helped in my journey with my Lord. All glory to Jesus, Amen.
