Thank you for supporting our missionaries!

Our FPO drive for 2025 has ended.
We would like to thank all of you for your pledges. Please continue to support our missionaries in prayer. Your prayers and encouragement mean a lot to them.

Philippians 4.16-18
Even in Thessalonica you sent me help for my needs once and again. Not that I seek the gift, but I seek the fruit that increases to your credit. I have received full payment, and more. I am well supplied, having received from Epaphroditus the gifts you sent, a fragrant offering, a sacrifice acceptable and pleasing to God.

God calls the whole church to his mission of making Christ known to our neighbours and all nations. Like the Philippian church who loved Paul and partnered with him (Phi 1:3-5), you participate with our missionaries in their sacrifice and proclaiming the gospel when you give.

Missions Budget and Missionary Finances

We eagerly anticipate another year of missions in 2025, renewed in spirit and purpose through our Lord Jesus Christ, who entrusted us with the sacred mandate to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. We invite you to join us in placing our trust in God, both for ourselves and for our missionaries, as we engage in the spiritual exercise of FPO for our church missionaries and OLOY (One Life One Year).

Each has their own missionary budget which they must raise. We provide half of this amount from the missions budget and raise the other half from our congregation through the Faith Promise Offering (FPO) every year. This half is the FPO target for each missionary family.
  • We invite you to participate in missions by supporting our WEFC missionaries’ needs.
  • Give above your regular tithes & offerings to not decrease resources for other ministries.
  • Budgets of long-term missionaries include travel, children’s education, ministry expenses, and employer CPF.
  • 50% of a missionary’s budget is allocated from missions budget and 50% raised from Faith Promise Offering.
  • Any surplus funds are kept for future ministry needs of that missionary. If a missionary leaves the field, unused funds are kept in the Missions Reserves.
